Under the direction of the Associate Provost of Adult, Online, and Graduate Education, serve as the primary recruiter for graduate programs. Admissions responsibilities include collaboration with CGS staff, program directors, and the Office of Marketing & Communications to develop a recruitment plan and implement graduate recruitment initiatives, events and activities. Uses expertise in adult populations to develop and implement recruitment plans that grow CGS enrollments. Collaborates with CGS staff to develop and manage in-person and digital outreach, communication flows/campaigns (Slate) and other initiatives to foster contact with graduate prospects and inquiries. Identifies Slate data insights to guide recruitment strategy. Collaborates with the Director of Marketing & Communications on marketing content. Collaborates with Career Planning & Development to provide opportunities for current students to explore graduate programs. Provides information about programs and policies from various constituents personally as well as via phone and email. Process all graduate student applications, including connecting students to an academic advisor upon acceptance. Assist with the graduate assistant application process. Track CGS budget including office accounts, recording expenses, and reporting updates to associate provost/program directors. Assist in planning CGS recruiting events on and off campus including coordination with other departments, vendors, and caterers. Make travel arrangements as required. Plan, prepare for, attend, and assist with specialist events and meetings. Provide reports for associate provost/program directors of CGS.
