About The Position

This role sits at the center of our caregiver experience—from first conversation to long-term success. As a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator, you will recruit, onboard, train, and coach Care Professionals who support older adults in their homes. Your work directly impacts caregiver confidence, retention, and the quality of care our clients receive. This is an office-based, people-facing role for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, clear expectations, and helping others succeed in real, practical ways. If you’re energized by coaching, follow-through, and seeing people grow—not just filling seats—this role may be a strong fit. At its core, this role is about building capable, confident, and dependable Care Professionals. You’ll be a consistent point of connection for caregivers—helping them understand expectations, develop skills, and feel supported while still being held accountable to standards. Priorities can shift quickly based on client needs and staffing realities. Flexibility, communication, and ownership matter here. This is not a desk-only role. It’s active, relational, and requires steady follow-through. This role has been intentionally refreshed as part of our continued investment in caregiver quality, training, and engagement. We’re excited to bring in someone who wants to recruit thoughtfully, train intentionally, and coach with heart.
