About The Position

The Recruitment and Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier caregivers, while also promoting employee engagement and retention. This position will support the HR Director in implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and fostering a positive and supportive culture for our caregiving team.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or caregiver staffing preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
Passion for working in the home care industry and supporting caregivers.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and posting job ads on various platforms.
Source and screen candidates for caregiver roles.
Schedule and conduct phone interviews and in-person orientation.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation in partnership with HR.
Support and implement caregiver appreciation initiatives and recognition programs.
Conduct periodic check-ins and stay interviews with current employees.
Assist in organizing staff events and engagement campaigns.
Gather caregiver feedback and collaborate with HR to improve employee satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records.
Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and engagement efforts.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Director.
