What This Role Is Really About At its core, this role is about building capable, confident Care Professionals . You’ll attract and hire caregivers, guide them through onboarding and training, and continue supporting them through coaching and performance oversight. You’ll be a trusted point of connection—helping Care Pros understand expectations, build skills, and feel supported in their roles. This is a dynamic, people-driven position where your ability to teach, coach, encourage, and follow through matters more than rigid HR rules. You’ll partner closely with Scheduling and Client Care, adjusting priorities as needs shift and ensuring caregivers have the tools and clarity they need to succeed. No two days look the same—and that variety is part of what makes this role meaningful.
