About The Position
The Office Networking Department within Enterprise Infrastructure at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) is seeking candidates for an IT Project Coordinator role. This position involves working independently to troubleshoot layer 1 connectivity issues and collaborating with other Networking staff on projects related to communications infrastructure across the campus. Responsibilities
- troubleshoot and repair network, telephone & TV jacks and cabling
- maintain and update documentation as required
- may assist full-time staff with hardware installation and maintenance
- interact with other students to schedule appointments and perform trouble diagnosis
- additional duties as assigned by Network Engineer or designated NTS staff
