Perform a variety of clerical tasks in accordance with established procedures. Serve as a secondary point of contact for callers and visitors to the Administrative Office/Department. Copy, file, and scan documents following office protocols. Complete data entry using various applications and software. Pick up and distribute mail to appropriate personnel. Operate a variety of office equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
