About The Position

Residential Student Managers support daily operations within the residential dining centers by supervising student staff, assisting with service and production flow, and ensuring policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations are consistently upheld.

Requirements

• Understanding of and commitment to the EMDH mission, vision, and goals
• Knowledge of and willingness to enforce EMDH policies and procedures
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and service-minded attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Planning, organization, and basic recordkeeping skills
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Adaptability, approachability, and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Completion of at least one full semester of employment within EMDH, or
• One year of experience training, leading, or supervising staff in a high-volume, full-service dining environment
