Term of service is one year long, including the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters. The position starts during the current semester in May 2026 following a training period with ICTV's current Station Manager Romeo Maslin, IC's Manager of Television & Radio Operations Rhys Finch, and Studio Manager Paul Stanion.
