Under the supervision of the SOF Manager and student crew leaders, student farmers will perform the tasks necessary to run a diversified vegetable production. These responsibilities include but are not limited to greenhouse seeding, cultivating, harvesting, transplanting, direct seeding, irrigating, and pruning. Students will also have the opportunity to run our weekly CSA Distributions, where we serve 100 members as part of our 15-week Summer CSA and 100 members as part of our 5-week Fall CSA . Student Farmers will also occasionally assist and interact with other educational programs and tours on-site. Position is full-time 40 hours per week, it begins on Monday May 4, 2026 to Friday August 28, 2026. Prior farming/gardening experience is not required. Applicants are expected to be physically capable as the job involves completing long stretches of strenuous labor in challenging working conditions.
