As a Student Enrolment Advisor you'll be the first point of contact for professionals ready to transform their careers through education. You will provide them with timely and accurate advice, guiding them to find the right education program to support their career ambitions. This is your chance to make a genuine impact. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a phone-based sales role - you are a self-motivated and mission-driven individual who finds pride in helping others through education and 1:1 guidance
  • Previous experience achieving KPI's or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline.
  • A natural ability to build trusted and connective relationships.
  • The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
  • Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
  • Transform inquiries into successful enrolments while working independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—we trust your expertise, not scripts
  • Be a part of a collaborative team that prioritises connection, learning, and growth
  • Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest.
  • Spend at least 4 hours a day making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications.
  • Provide instant responses to student queries and encourage phone conversations.
  • Track student progress, follow up on incomplete applications, send deadline reminders, and update the CRM.
  • Join daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals.
