About The Position

Position Overview Elevated Education LLC is seeking a Student Enrollment Advisor & Administrative Support professional who is deeply aligned with our mission to honor human dignity, remove barriers, and create transformational educational experiences for students. This role sits at the front door of Elevated Education. The Student Enrollment Advisor is often the first meaningful point of contact for prospective students and families and plays a critical role in shaping their perception of who we are and what we stand for. From the first inbound inquiry to a student’s Live Launch—their first real experience as an Elevated student—this role ensures every interaction is responsive, professional, compassionate, and high-quality. This is a relational, detail-oriented position that blends enrollment advising, student onboarding, retention support, and administrative coordination.

Requirements

  • Possess or obtain a IVP Fingerprint clearance through the Arizona Department of Public Safety
  • Strong alignment with Elevated Education’s mission and values.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and digital.
  • High responsiveness and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.
  • Previous experience in enrollment, admissions, student services, customer success, or administrative support preferred.

  • Experience in education, social services, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary responder to inbound enrollment leads from social media, website inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all inquiries, ensuring prospective students feel seen, valued, and supported.
  • Guide students and families through the enrollment process, clearly explaining program options, expectations, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in enrollment and CRM systems.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to increase conversion while maintaining a high-care, non-transactional approach.
  • Coordinate and support students through onboarding milestones leading up to their Live Launch.
  • Ensure students are prepared, informed, and confident as they begin their journey with Elevated Education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from enrollment to instruction and student services.
  • Act as a steady point of contact for students during early engagement, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Support ongoing student retention efforts by building strong relationships and identifying early signs of disengagement.
  • Assist in outreach to students who may be struggling or at risk of dropping off.
  • Help remove logistical or administrative barriers that may impact student persistence.
  • Reinforce a culture of care, encouragement, and accountability throughout the student experience.
  • Provide administrative support related to enrollment, onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist with internal coordination across departments as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of enrollment workflows and student experience processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
