The Student Conducts and Complaints team has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Student Conduct Coordinator. The Student Conduct Coordinator provides a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support Monash’s Student Conduct and Complaints function, strategies, programs and initiatives, with a specific focus on triaging academic misconduct reports received by the team. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating a program of complex administrative processes and systems including scheduling, coordinating and supporting the processing of academic misconduct reports, providing administrative services, co-ordinating projects, producing reports and allocating resources in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes. Further, you will deliver high-level and effective service to clients, including prompt issues resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
