About The Position

We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is currently recruiting for Student - Clerical (Summer Vacation Relief Employee) at our Pewaukee, WI location. These are full-time summer positions beginning in May or June. This position is represented by We Energies L2150 Union.   Candidates must be available to work full-time during the summer. Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm   Starting Pay: $20.75Job Responsibilities  Assistance with data entry of customer applications. Processing permits. Restoration follow-up. Job close outs. Faxing timesheets. Using Microsoft Office Suite. Answering phones. Support with miscellaneous office duties (sending out mail, other duties as assigned). Minimum Qualifications  Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma, GED, or HSED. Enrolled as part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree. Valid Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications  Previous experience with working on customer applications. Previous customer service experience. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer and data entry skills Strong skill-set utilizing and maneuvering many software programs simultaneously Strong focus on details, accuracy and quality Ability to work overtime in our busy summer months  Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook    End Date: 02/22/2026   The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. Requirements
