We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and hard-working student associate to help deliver an outstanding customer service experience to students, faculty, staff and campus partners. This role is a great fit for someone interested in gaining hands-on professional experience in a collaborative, service-focused environment. This appointment runs through the Spring 2026 semester and is open to UT Austin students with a 2.5 GPA or higher who can work 10-19 hours per week during standard business hours. Preference will be given to candidates who can maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.

Nice To Haves
- Some experience in administrative or office work
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proper telephone etiquette
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site front desk management including student appointment check-ins and multi-line phone communication.
- Virtual office hours, projects to support staff, long-term organizational projects, general office maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
