Assist the department of Community Relations and Special Events and provide general information service at the information desk of the Student Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handles routine office inquiries from employees and students. Assists in the day-to-day maintenance and responsibilities of the assigned department. Responsible for clerical functions including answering phones, filing, scheduling, organizing, etc. Other related duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Assist with special projects related to the department. Assist in the setting up meeting/event rooms and performing general maintenance of the facility.
