Assists with administrative and fiscal tasks; organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinates and corresponds with residents regarding assignments. Processes and verifies contracts and occupancy in on-campus student housing. Ensures that customers contacting the Housing Operations office, either by phone or in person, receive the best service possible. The Housing Operations team is made up of many unique positions and each member is cross trained to provide extra support when needed. Job performance will determine continued employment for the following semester.
