Job Description: Greet visitors with excellent customer service Provide general office, administrative, or clerical support May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages and mail May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests May assist with document preparation, filing, office records Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information May assist with office supplies and organization of common areas May assist with data entry tasks, spreadsheets and reports Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance
