GCU Traditional Campus – Phoenix, AZ: Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Fall 2026 Semester (09/08/2026 - 12/13/2026) Course: Structure and Property of Materials This course covers basic concepts in materials structure and its relation to properties. The course will provide students with a broad overview of materials science and engineering. The goal of this course is to understand the fundamental reasons that materials have the properties they do. Students examine properties of interesting materials and try to understand them in terms of their actual atomic or molecular structure.
