This Structural Heart Program Manager will provide oversight and coordination of the Structural Heart Program, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement as a primary focus as well as other percutaneous valves and procedures (MitraClip, percutaneous TVR, etc.) The Program Manager role is programmatically and operationally focused and will support clinical workflows and care in close coordination with Cardiologists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Structural/Surgical/Inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APP), Nurse Clinicians, Structural Program Specialist and the multidisciplinary team. The Program Manager will ensure a streamlined and standard approach to care of structural heart patients from initial contact and evaluation through treatment and post procedural phases of care. The Program Manager will support regulatory compliance, STS and TVT registry reporting, and quality improvement initiatives in partnership with the clinical team, Heart Center Leadership and the Center of Excellence. The Program Manager will lead performance improvement initiatives, and be a core driver of standard care pathways, patient centered care and serve as a resource for instituting new procedures and care pathways in Structural Heart.
