Position Summary: The Advanced Practice Provider is a fully licensed and credentialed Advanced Practice Provider who assists with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and consultations. The Structural Heart APP Coordinator plays a central role in the comprehensive management of patients undergoing structural heart interventions, including Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), MitraClip, and TriClip procedures. Key responsibilities include patient education, pre‑procedure evaluation, diagnostic test coordination, and post‑procedure follow‑up. This role requires advanced clinical judgment, strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to educate patients through complex decision-making with compassion and clarity. The APP Coordinator supports program development by contributing to process improvement, maintaining evidence‑based protocols, and collaborating with leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency
