About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Structural Fitter with a strong fitting background and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. This Structural Fitter role involves fitting and assembling structural components, including shaker systems used in oilfield tank fabrication. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and making adjustments to ensure proper fit-up and quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of structural fitting experience
- Strong blueprint and layout reading skills
- Ability to work independently and solve fit-up challenges

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and weld symbols
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble structural components
- Perform fit-up prior to welding to ensure accuracy and quality
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment effectively
- Make layout and fit adjustments as required for custom fabrication
- Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
