As a Structural Engineering Leader in our growing Seattle office, you'll take ownership of a wide variety of building projects—ranging from data center, commercial, and industrial through to healthcare and multi-family. You will: Deliver exceptional client service Develop and grow new and existing client relationships in Seattle, PNW, and West Coast Markets. Collaborate with other leaders to develop an action a growth plan for St ructural Engineering practice in Seattle and greater PNW Lead, develop, recruit, and mentor junior and mid-level staff. Act as Structural EoR , Structural Discipline Lead, or Proje ct Manager on projects Lead structural design and analysis for new and existing buildings, including rehab, repairs, and site structures Collaborate with owners, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions M anag e timelines, budgets, and client relationships Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and standards—and integrate them into every design Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including preparing project reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Licensed Structural Engineer (SE) in Washington with ability to get licensure in California and Oregon preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) in Civil / Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Proficiency in industry standard structural analysis and documentation tools ( CSi Suite, REVIT, Rh ino, Bluebeam, etc )
  • Strong command of building codes, structural systems, and engineering best practices
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative problem solver, and client-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Performance Based Design or Computational Design is a bonus.
