Stanley Consultants, a leader in Civil Engineering and infrastructure development, is actively seeking a motivated Associate CADD Technician to join our Phoenix Structure Group. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about personal and professional growth, and capable of working in a team or independently. We are seeking a dedicated individual who possesses a positive attitude and adaptable personality. The ideal candidate should be willing to put in hard work and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills. This role requires someone who is motivated and eager to grow professionally, embracing challenges and opportunities for development. The successful candidate will be a member of a project team developing construction plans for bridges, retaining walls and other concrete structures, roadways, drainage, and utility improvements for public agencies and other entities. While technical skills are not mandatory, strong communication skills, a solid foundation in mathematics and computer skills are required. These proficiencies play a crucial role in the ability to perform tasks efficiently and effectively, especially when problem-solving, or technical troubleshooting.
