About The Position

As an aircraft manufacturer, industrialist, industrial service provider and logistician, Daher currently has approximately 14,500 employees and achieved a revenue of 1.9 billion euros in 2025. With its family ownership, Daher has been focused on innovation since its creation in 1863. With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners We are looking for experienced Aircraft Assemblers to join Daher and become TBM Aircraft Assemblers. You will uphold Daher Aircraft’s values and mission while performing essential tasks on the production line, including assembling, fastening, and installing parts on or for the aircraft. We are hiring both experienced assemblers and entry-level apprentices.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in aviation or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools required.
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow safety protocols, and work as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Blueprint reading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, illustrations, work instructions, and specifications to determine layouts and sequences of operations.
  • Assemble, install, and connect parts, fittings, and assemblies on aircraft using hand and power tools.
  • Learn and apply techniques for installing solid rivets used in aircraft construction.
  • Inspect and test installed units, parts, systems, and assemblies for fit, alignment, and compliance using measuring instruments and test equipment.
  • Perform installation or assembly duties such as electrical, plumbing, advanced fabrication, rigging flight controls, and installing class-one fasteners.
  • Assist with assembly of major structures and install subassemblies such as bulkheads, fuselage panels, rudders, flaps, and elevators.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain professionalism, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn.
