With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, repairs, and inspections on aircraft, engines, and components on TBM aircraft at the Daher Final Assembly Line in Stuart, Florida.

Requirements

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree GED required
  • Three plus years of Aviation Maintenance experience required.
  • Must possess a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must be able to legally work in the US
  • Valid US Driver’s License required
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check

Nice To Haves

  • TBM/Turbo prop experience preferred.
  • Inspection experience/ IA designation preferred.
  • Experience with TBM aircraft, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Able to use FAA-approved data, i.e., IPC, AMM, OHM, CMM, etc., proficiently.
  • Performs airframe, powerplant, and propeller installs, repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements
  • Removal and disassembly of defective parts; assembly and installation of replacement parts; and testing aircraft systems
  • Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting, including airframe structures, engines, and aircraft systems, using approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer or FAA
  • Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignment
  • Completes all required maintenance records as stated in Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals
