About The Position

At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. We are looking for a Propulsion & Fluids Structural Analyst to support development and testing of the main engines and supporting hardware on the MK2 Crew Lander. This is a vehicle-centric position which includes the complete life cycle of the integrated propulsion system including development testing. To be successful in this role, you should be proficient in performing detailed structural analysis for space vehicle structures or propulsion systems. You will work with a motivated, high-performing Propulsion & Fluids team to ensure structural integrity of both ground (test) and flight hardware development throughout the entire product lifecycle, including preliminary design through flight operations. You will work directly with NASA and our National Team Partners as part of the Human Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program. You will play a key role in developing the MK2 Crewed Lunar Lander that will return humans to the Moon and extend human presence permanently beyond the bounds of Earth.
