Requirements

• 10+ years of aerospace stress engineering experience (Boeing products preferred)
• Strong proficiency in static stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and FEM tools
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• ABET-accredited Engineering degree recognized by the Washington Accord

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Boeing structural analysis standards
• Familiarity with advanced composite materials
• Knowledge of damage tolerance methodologies

Responsibilities

• Perform static stress analysis on aerospace structures
• Conduct fatigue and damage tolerance analysis to ensure long-term durability
• Create and solve Finite Element Models (FEM) for structural components
• Generate, review, and approve analysis reports
• Prepare and validate Strength Check Notes (SCNs)
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide factory support
• Participate in layout reviews and checks to ensure compliance with design standards
