Provide Dispositions: Determine appropriate actions for non-conforming parts (accept as is, repair, rework, scrap). Collaborate: Work with design, quality, manufacturing, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) teams. Document: Prepare technical reports and strength check notes for formal approval. Support Production: Expedite resolutions for critical AOG (Aircraft on Ground) issues. Represent MRB Engineering in Material Review Boards (MRBs) and ensure timely resolution of nonconformances to minimize production disruptions Experience with Stress Justification Reports or structural substantiation.
