The Strategy and Transformation Manager will lead a delivery team to perform a comprehensive assessment of a federal organization. This role involves developing an integrated plan for the modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identifying operational and programmatic synergies with agencies that have overlapping mission spaces, and creating improved methods for information-sharing governance and reporting. The manager will also be responsible for communicating fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite clients.
