About The Position

The AVP, Strategy & Transformation serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO of Mosaic Health, acting as a central driver of enterprise strategy formulation, prioritization, and execution. This role operates at the highest level of the organization to ensure alignment across Mosaic Health’s healthcare delivery and health technology (care navigation) businesses, with a strong focus on improving integration, strengthening alignment, and maximizing shared value across the organization. This leader will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensure cross-functional alignment, and drive accountability for results. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to influence across diverse business units in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is critical to Mosaic Health’s ability to operate as a cohesive, integrated enterprise, aligning strategy and execution across its healthcare delivery and technology businesses. The AVP will directly enable the CEO and executive team to drive clarity, focus, and results—strengthening coordination, accelerating transformation, and improving overall organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles within healthcare, health technology, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with C-suite executives and influencing enterprise-level decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise-level strategy and execution across multiple business units.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models and/or digital health and care navigation solutions.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership & Strategic Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping shape enterprise priorities and strategic direction.
  • Drive alignment on the CEO’s priorities, ensuring focus on the highest-impact initiatives across the organization.
  • Prepare executive-level materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership forums.
  • Facilitate executive team alignment, decision-making, and follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Enterprise Strategy Formulation & Execution Lead the development and refinement of Mosaic Health’s enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment across healthcare delivery and care navigation businesses.
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans with defined ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and manage a strategy execution cadence, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and driving course correction as needed.
  • Support integration of new business lines, partnerships, and acquisitions into a cohesive enterprise strategy.
  • Cross-Business Alignment & Integration Identify and drive opportunities to improve coordination and integration across Mosaic Health businesses, including:
  • Operational alignment Shared capabilities and services Coordination between clinical and technology-enabled solutions Break down silos and ensure consistent prioritization and execution across business units.
  • Partner with business leaders to align operating models, incentives, and performance goals to enterprise outcomes.
  • Transformation & Strategic Initiatives Lead and coordinate high-priority, enterprise-level transformation initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Drive initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and integration across the organization.
  • Ensure initiatives are well-scoped, resourced, and executed with discipline, delivering measurable impact.
  • Performance Management & Accountability Establish enterprise mechanisms to track strategic progress, operational performance, and key outcomes.
  • Drive accountability across the executive team for delivery against agreed priorities.
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and gaps early, and facilitate resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a connector across clinical, operational, and technology teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and enterprise thinking.
  • Lead and develop a small, high-impact team supporting strategy and transformation efforts.
