We’ve raised $22M+ from some of the best VCs across the country, growing fast, and building the team that will define the future of post-acute care in the U.S. The Role We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial operator to join our founding team in NYC and help drive high-impact projects across the company. This is a generalist role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to help build something from zero to one. You’ll work directly with the founders and leaders on a mix of strategic and operational priorities — from standing up new programs to scaling provider partnerships to improving how we deliver care across thousands of patients. No two weeks will look the same. You might launch a new business line, design a process, negotiate a partnership, or roll up your sleeves to fix a bottleneck in real time. You’ll be expected to take ownership, move quickly, and bring a structured, analytical lens to every challenge. The role is based out of our office in Union Square and in-office 3 days/week.

Requirements

High-Slope Operator: You’ve spent 2–6 years in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup — and you’re ready to go from analyzing to building.
Structured & Analytical: You think clearly, move fast, and bring order to ambiguity.
Low-Ego, High-Drive: You care more about outcomes than credit. You’ll do what it takes to get the job done.
Mission-Oriented: You want to build something that actually makes healthcare better — not just more efficient.
Future Founder: You think like a founder, and maybe want to start your own thing one day.

Responsibilities

Drive Special Projects: Own 0→1 initiatives across telehealth, provider engagement, and operational scale. Define the problem, build the plan, and execute.
Shape Strategy: Work with the founders to identify and prioritize new opportunities — from market expansion to workflow optimization.
Own Relationships: Manage relationships with clinical partners, suppliers, and other external stakeholders critical to Conduit’s growth.
Build Systems: Turn ad hoc workflows into scalable processes using data, tools, and automation.
