In the near term, this role will play a critical part in recruiting operations and talent coordination, helping the team attract, engage, and move exceptional candidates through the hiring process. Beyond that, this person will take on broader operational and strategic projects tied to how the business scales. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, energized by fast-moving environments, and excited to work closely with leadership on high-priority initiatives.
