About The Position

We're hiring a Founding Strategy & Operations hire to help build the operational and go-to-market foundation of Concourse from the ground up. This isn't a support role. You'll own critical functions, build systems that scale, and drive execution across GTM, operations, and strategy — working closely with the founders and broader team to move fast and win. You'll be one of our earliest operational hires, which means what you build now will shape how Concourse operates for years to come. On day one, your biggest focus will be GTM and growth — helping drive inbound demand, sharpen our go-to-market motion, and build the systems that accelerate revenue. Over time, you'll expand into owning operational infrastructure, strategic initiatives, and whatever the company needs most. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, finance, operations, BizOps, or a prior strategy & operations role — ex-founders and ex-PMs welcome
  • Proficient with AI and vibe coding. You love to vibe code and think automation and agents first, and you're excited to use new tooling to work faster and smarter
  • Hungry, highly resourceful, and wired to figure things out. You don't wait to be told what to do and love driving results
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong communicator who can write a crisp email, run a tight meeting, and distill a complex idea into a clear narrative
  • A builder at heart. You get energy from creating structure where there is none and owning something from zero to one
  • Thrives in ambiguity and genuinely excited by the idea of building something from scratch and being at the ground floor of a high growth startup

Nice To Haves

  • Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, or exposure to finance teams (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founders to accelerate our go-to-market motion — from outbound campaigns and pipeline building to partnerships, content, and distribution
  • Help design and run growth experiments across channels, messaging, and activation flows
  • Own and coordinate events, dinners, roundtables, and community touchpoints that deepen Concourse's presence in finance, operations, and AI ecosystems
  • Support the development of compelling narratives, decks, and materials that resonate with prospects, customers, and partners
  • Design and build the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure that let Concourse scale without breaking — meeting cadences, cross-functional workflows, internal tooling, and reporting
  • Own key strategic initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to execution and measurement
  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps across the business and drive them to resolution — fast
  • Track the most important things happening across the company and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support recruiting coordination, candidate experience, and onboarding as the team scales
  • Help shape the culture, rituals, and ways of working that define Concourse as a company
  • Act as an owner, not a coordinator — you'll have real scope, real accountability, and real impact from week one
