This role supports a client team that acts as subject matter marketing and partnership experts who deliver high-impact deals that place the client brands at the heart of global culture. The team requires Sponsorship Management expertise to support the strategic execution and day-to-day operations of our client’s most high-profile global sports and entertainment portfolios. From the pitch to the court and the Olympic stage, we require intimate bridges between the brand and the world’s most iconic properties. This role is based remotely in the United States.

  • Experience: 6–10 years in marketing operations, strategic planning, and project management.

  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to build "best practice" resources and playbooks that can be scaled across different global markets.
  • Subject Matter Interest: A deep professional interest in the business of sports (Soccer, Basketball, Olympics) and entertainment properties.
  • Professionalism: High level of interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Products

Responsibilities

  • Lead the partnership and talent measurement approach, ensuring all activations deliver against brand metrics, perception, and consideration.
  • Support the development of annual partnership recaps and deal performance reviews to evaluate success against OKRs.
  • Create and maintain "best practice" resources for deal crafting, terms, and commercial partnership approaches.
  • Manage the team’s internal newsletter and communication channels to share partnership wins, talent opportunities, and cultural moment alerts across the global organization.
  • Assist in vetting new explorations by evaluating them against target audience needs, budget availability, and longitudinal commitment goals.
  • Coordinate between Partnerships & Trusted Voices team, Legal, Finance, and regional marketing teams to streamline the partnership deal flow and internal review processes.
