Position Summary: Partner with the Director of Operations Strategy and SVP of Operations to plan, execute, and monitor regional strategic initiatives and operational priorities Conduct financial and operational analyses to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities - translating findings into actionable recommendations Manage project workstreams, including execution planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional coordination Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications that clearly summarize insights, progress, and strategic recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Business Analytics, IT, Revenue Cycle) to drive initiatives forward and support implementation of best practices across markets

Requirements

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance modeling
  • Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights and operational improvement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive self-starter with strong ownership, collaboration skills, and a results-driven mindset when navigating ambiguity and operational challenges

Responsibilities
