About The Position

Deeply understand the e-commerce advertising clients' industries and products, develop methodologies, establish industry solutions, and build industry solutions into product; Formulate industry strategies, identify growth opportunities, and take responsibility for overall industry revenue; gain insights into industry development trends from both internal and external perspectives, conduct regular industry-specific research, improve category diversity, and develop category merchandise strategies for marketing events; Promote industry operation strategy and methodologies, guide client development strategies, industry approaches, and marketing campaign implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in digital operations
  • Excellent integrated marketing and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of apparel and accessories industry, industry relevant operations experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational coordination abilities, self-motivated, passionate about thinking, learning and research, with independent thinking and judgment capabilities
  • Sharp data sensitivity with strong mining and insight abilities, proficient in data analysis tools such as Thinkcell/Excel
  • Medium written and oral proficiency in Mandarin required. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit that can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience in the apparel and accessories industry.
