We are forming a new Strategic Initiatives team within Global Brand to drive high-impact, cross-functional efforts shaping the future of our brand, business, and customer experience. As Strategy Manager, you will define and advance strategic priorities across marketing, digital, operations, and product. Your work includes identifying key issues, framing problems, leading analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a seasoned strategist who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity to complexity, and can influence senior leaders across diverse disciplines.

Requirements

  • A bias for action and a passion for solving big, meaningful problems.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to build trust across diverse teams.
  • A systems thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to drive detail.
  • A love for brand, culture, and customer experience, and a desire to shape what's next.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a related field, ideally within consumer, retail, or digital environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, especially with executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for brand, culture, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to define and drive initiatives across functions and geographies.
  • Lead strategic planning and problem-solving for high-priority efforts, creating clear narratives, business cases, and roadmaps.
  • Align executive stakeholders across marketing, digital, operations, and product for coordinated execution.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to inform decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Create executive-level presentations that distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Act as a thought partner and integrator across teams to connect dots and accelerate decisions.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Global Brand Leadership Team and connector across the organization.
  • Build strong enterprise relationships to align and amplify strategic priorities.
  • Operate with high autonomy and influence, despite no direct reports initially.

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
