The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with Partnerships Strategy and Operations leadership to support efficient business operations and execute on high-priority initiatives. You will be detail-oriented with a bias toward action, while maintaining a holistic mindset. You will demonstrate the ability to lead through ambiguity, the confidence to thoughtfully persuade and partner with executive leaders, and the skill to build cross-functional relationships across multiple levels of the organization. You will maintain a balance between operational efficiency and pragmatism to accomplish goals effectively.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
