About The Position

GENERAL OVERVIEW: This role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management initiatives across the Organization. The incumbent assists in providing change management guidance and support to project teams. They are responsible for contributing to the development of change management approaches and helping to resolve project delivery issues that impact the change plan to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational behavior/organizational change, business administration/management, human resources management or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience with change management to include:
  • 1 year of experience in consulting
  • 1 year of experience in project management
  • 1 year of experience in communications
  • Analytical and Logical Reasoning/Thinking: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to solve problems and make sound decisions.
  • Organizational Change Management: Foundational understanding and application of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks within a change initiative.
  • Group and/or Training Facilitation: Experience in leading and guiding group discussions or delivering training sessions.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Influencing and Relationship Building: Proven ability to collaborate with others and contribute to building strong internal relationships.
  • Interaction with Leadership: Experience in interacting professionally with leadership levels.
  • Presentation Design and Delivery: Experience in designing and delivering presentations to small to medium-sized groups.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify issues, analyze potential solutions, and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Curiosity and Learning Agility: Demonstrates a natural curiosity and desire to continuously learn and acquire new knowledge.
  • Autonomy and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with some guidance, adapt to changing situations, and operate in moderately uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

  • Change Management Support: Support the development and execution of readiness and adoption plans for transformation initiatives, contributing to strategic direction and identifying potential challenges.(20%)
  • Methodology Application: Apply the organization's Readiness & Adoption (R&A) methodologies, tools, and resources, contributing to best practices.(20%)
  • Consulting & Advisory: Assist in informing business leaders on the value proposition of readiness and adoption, and support cross-functional teams in change management activities.(10%)
  • Data Analysis Support: Conduct research and data analysis to provide insights that inform decision-making, measure adoption success, and identify areas for intervention.(10%)
  • Effective Communication: Develop and deliver communications and presentations to various audiences, articulating project updates and key change insights.(10%)
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with change management professionals, learning from their guidance and enhancing personal capabilities.(10%)
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels, fostering collaboration and alignment to champion a positive change culture.(10%)
  • Issue Resolution: Address user questions or concerns, facilitating discussions, and developing targeted interventions to overcome resistance and ensure successful adoption.(10%)
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
