As a Strategist at Siegel+Gale, you will: Display deep comprehension of dynamics of clients’ businesses Conduct competitive audits, desk research, client interviews, and integration with primary research Convert research findings into actionable and value-driving insights (‘connect the dots’) Simplify findings and recommendations to create compelling stories Align deliverables and overall direction of project recommendations Create ‘client ready’ deliverables Work with others across disciplines to bring strategies to life Informally manage and mentor juniors Frequently participate in client work sessions and presentations Contribute to ideation methods and approach

Requirements

  • A strong desire to create and contribute to our culture
  • 5+ years agency experience; or an advanced degree with 2+ years agency experience
  • Familiarity with all core strategy subjects and significant capability in 1+ specific areas (e.g., positioning and architecture)
  • Significant exposure to multiple industries
  • An ability to simplify
  • Strong creative or business writing skills
