About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic thinker with strong analytical and workforce planning expertise. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to deliver actionable, data-driven insights and support company-wide workforce initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to lead headcount management, scenario-based planning, and dashboard development while driving long-term strategic workforce projects. You will help design predictive models, automate workflows using AI tools, and contribute to HR technology enhancements. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Analytics, or Consulting in a global corporate environment
  • Proven ability to design dashboards, models, and data visualizations that translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Finance, Recruiting, and HRBPs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, ambiguity, and fast-paced business demands
  • Advanced technical expertise with Workday reporting, Excel or Tableau, HR technology platforms, and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Position Management and, ideally, skills-based workforce models
  • Project management experience leading multi-phase initiatives using roadmapping and design thinking principles
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, enhance data analysis, and deliver actionable workforce insights

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end headcount management processes, including requisition tracking and scenario-based planning
  • Build and maintain workforce dashboards (headcount, location, recruiting capacity) for real-time leadership insights
  • Partner with Finance on supply/demand analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and TA Operations to deliver predictive analytics, dashboards, and talent insights
  • Conduct external benchmarking and update workforce metrics for HRBPs and business leaders
  • Support company-wide workforce planning processes and align with strategic and financial planning
  • Contribute to HR technology roadmap initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing, and WFP tool implementation
  • Drive strategic workforce planning projects, including skills-based workforce models and organizational design initiatives
