And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary Manages and supports HR technology systems and tools such as the Workday Talent Management module, by collaborating with HR and IT teams to configure, customize, implement, and maintain HR software, troubleshoot technical issues, analyze and report HR data, and provide user support and training. Applies in-depth expertise in HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and user experience within the HR function.What you will do:Oversees the configuration, management, and administration of HR technology systems, such as Workday Talent Management and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Implements processes that upgrade HR technology systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop project plans, and execute system implementations.Utilize Jira to Document requirements for configuration changes in partnership with Product Owner and Business Owners.Under general direction, configures and customizes HR technology systems to align with HR processes, policies, and requirements.Develops and maintains data analytics and reporting capabilities to provide HR and management with meaningful insights.Delivers training programs and resources to educate HR users on the functionality and best practices of HR technology systems.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR technology systems by streamlining workflows, eliminating redundancies, and enhancing system capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Develops and maintains system documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and system configuration documentation.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.Full-time Remote will be considered with Quarterly travel for onsite meeting.

  • 5+ years' hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance Management
  • 3+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs
  • 3+ years' experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making skills
  • 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience configuring Workday Talent including Skills, Succession, Potential and Performance and Learning
  • Familiarity with Workday Extend
  • Workday Certification preferably in Talent & Performance
  • Experience in Report writing
  • Experience with Workday Integrations and Security configurations
