We are hiring a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager to design and lead a comprehensive vendor management program. This role will define program components, implement processes, and oversee vendor relationships. A key responsibility includes supporting third-party audits, collaborating with account executives and auditors, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards. “This role supports services provided to the federal government or federal government contractor and therefore requires US Citizenship. Proof of citizenship status will be required at time of hire.”

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in audit and supplier risk management.
  • Significant knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Proficiency in project planning and visualization tools (e.g., Visio, Mural, Figma).
  • Experience with procurement tools such as ZipHQ, WOrkday or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Design, Implement and manage supplier governance processes.
  • Lead responding to internal and external audits (SOC, HITRUST) and managing client inquiries pertaining to Alight’s suppliers questions and renewals by providing required documentation and evidence by providing required documentation and evidence.
  • Ensure vendor contract compliance through ongoing monitoring and governance of performance metrics (e.g., SLAs/KPIs).
  • Track SLAs, manage monthly reporting, issue demand letters for missing SLAs, and conduct annual/quarterly performance reviews.
  • Manage policies, processes, and procedures related to external suppliers/service providers.
  • Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) projects to ensure vendor relationships align with organizational risk standards.
  • Maintain governance and compliance by developing and updating TPRM frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives.
