The role entails direct responsibility for formulating and executing the sales strategy and objectives to align with the Water Solutions business goals. This includes overseeing the activities of a portion of the sales team to ensure goal achievement as well as handling some of the global account of the business. Key responsibilities also involve taking the appropriate action to protect base business customer while looking at new opportunities. Furthermore, the incumbent is tasked with understanding, analyzing, and disseminating market trends, movements, and critical data points across the organization. Collaboration with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics departments is essential to identify and fulfill customer requirements efficiently. Negotiating contracts and agreements for both contract and non-contract customers falls within the purview of this role. Cultivating and sustaining high-level relationships with core and key customers is imperative for business growth. Moreover, driving initiatives for growth and identifying value-added opportunities to enhance unit-holder value is crucial. The role also encompasses defining and implementing organizational changes to adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions. Flexibility to respond to internal and external changes swiftly while effectively communicating strategic direction is essential for success in this position.
