Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years experience within medical device sales; preferably OEM sales management
  • Strong understanding of the pulse oximetry market with knowledge across remote patient monitoring, respiratory and sleep markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
  • Decision-making and problem resolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Travel up to 50% of the work week

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue plan.
  • Develop strategies to identify and secure new customers in support of future growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership to inform a product portfolio that drives short-term and long-term market success.
  • Consult with leadership to deliver ongoing sales forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with OEM customers.
  • Facilitate ongoing Partnership Business Review Meetings with key customers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of competitive product offerings and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners to support customer requests and timely problem resolution.
  • Attend key industry conferences promoting Nonin's services and solutions.
