Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in training leadership, curriculum development, or SAP learning strategy
  • Deep hands‑on experience with SAP S4/HANA (any modules welcome)
  • Strong understanding of business process integration and end‑user needs
  • Proven ability to design and execute enterprise training strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional, global, or distributed teams
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar content development tools
  • Background in change management methodologies
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise operations environments
  • Success working in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs
  • SAP training certifications, OCM certifications, or related credentials are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall S4/HANA training strategy aligned with transformation goals
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define training needs, user groups, and workflows
  • Create scalable training plans, materials, and delivery mechanisms for diverse audiences
  • Oversee training development, content management, and end‑user documentation
  • Conduct train‑the‑trainer programs and mentor business SMEs
  • Ensure training aligns with organizational change management (OCM) strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, adoption metrics, and stakeholder input
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on training governance, readiness, and execution planning
