Requirements

10+ years of experience in training leadership, curriculum development, or SAP learning strategy
Deep hands‑on experience with SAP S4/HANA (any modules welcome)
Strong understanding of business process integration and end‑user needs
Proven ability to design and execute enterprise training strategies
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional, global, or distributed teams
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar content development tools
Background in change management methodologies
Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise operations environments
Success working in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs
SAP training certifications, OCM certifications, or related credentials are a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall S4/HANA training strategy aligned with transformation goals
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define training needs, user groups, and workflows
Create scalable training plans, materials, and delivery mechanisms for diverse audiences
Oversee training development, content management, and end‑user documentation
Conduct train‑the‑trainer programs and mentor business SMEs
Ensure training aligns with organizational change management (OCM) strategy
Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, adoption metrics, and stakeholder input
Serve as a strategic advisor on training governance, readiness, and execution planning

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
