Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations (S4 HANA or similar preferred)
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to drive timelines, influence stakeholders, and problem‑solve proactively
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams in matrixed environments
  • Knowledge of project planning, change management, and governance processes
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, complex enterprise environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered

Nice To Haves

  • SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Business Objects, or reporting tool experience
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
  • Prior experience supporting SAP reporting or SAP implementation projects
  • Experience with utility, finance, operations, or technology organizations
  • Project management training or certification is appreciated but not required

Responsibilities

  • Leading and facilitating remediation and new build efforts across ~250 finance reports
  • Coordinating report design, testing cycles, and change management activities
  • Supporting finance pod leads and attending design sessions
  • Building and managing timelines, milestones, and workstream plans
  • Ensuring stage gate deliverables, documentation, and governance requirements are met
  • Identifying risks, impacts, and critical decisions and communicating them to project leadership
  • Partnering closely with technical reporting teams, testing teams, and cross‑functional business pods
  • Driving execution in both Agile and waterfall environments
  • Developing and maintaining work plans, solution designs, cost/benefit estimates, and schedules
  • Managing internal and external resources, including contractors, budgets, and performance
  • Facilitating communication across all levels of the organization through clear, concise reporting
