About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Strategic Revenue Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue growth strategies, optimizing pricing models, and identifying new market opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to drive sustainable revenue performance and maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, business strategy, financial analysis, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM and revenue management systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be physically located within the United States
  • Must have a valid U.S. work permit (no sponsorship provided)
  • Ability to work across U.S. time zones as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or subscription-based business models
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with pricing optimization tools and revenue intelligence platforms
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities across new and existing markets, products, and customer segments.
  • Analyze revenue streams to optimize performance and drive long-term profitability.
  • Design and manage pricing strategies, discount structures, and promotional models.
  • Build and maintain revenue forecasting models to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze sales, customer, and market data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, and customer lifetime value.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies with revenue goals.
  • Work with finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize offerings based on market demand and profitability.
  • Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and implement process improvements.
  • Leverage tools and technology to enhance revenue tracking and decision-making.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
