About The Position

The Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible for owning and growing SprintRay’s key Distribution Partnerships across the Americas region. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for assigned partners, driving commercial growth, executive alignment, and long-term relationship health. It is a strategic account leadership position focused on business planning, sales execution, partnership expansion, and cross-functional alignment to ensure mutual growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise account ownership experience, executive presence, and the ability to drive results across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations without direct authority.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in strategic account management, sales, partnerships, or enterprise business development.
  • Experience managing complex B2B relationships in healthcare, medical device, technology, or distribution environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading executive-level QBRs and business planning.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end relationship management for assigned Americas strategic partners.
  • Build multi-level relationships from executive leadership to operational teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for partner-related issues and drive resolution.
  • Develop and execute joint annual business plans aligned to revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive planning sessions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across product lines, distribution models, and market segments.
  • Track KPIs including revenue performance, share of wallet, product adoption, and pipeline health.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Support teams around partner initiatives.
  • Drive readiness for product launches and promotional programs within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure clear communication of partner priorities internally.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives and regional activation strategies.
  • Partner with field teams to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and leadership based on market insights.
